Technical Disciplines
Rock Sports
Technical climbing, abseiling, and rope work delivered in Hong Kong's outstanding natural terrain. Courses cover movement skills, equipment use, anchor building, and safe working practices — suitable for beginners through to aspiring instructors.
Water Sports
Kayaking and canoeing instruction across flatwater and coastal environments. Programs follow British Canoeing Award pathways and are tailored for individuals, groups, and those seeking leadership qualifications on the water.
Technical
Advanced rope skills for when the plan changes. Covers roped rescue scenarios, rock bolting, and anchor installation and inspection, built around recognised rope safety standards. Suited to experienced practitioners and those working towards higher-level instructor qualifications
First Aid
Standard BLS as well as Wilderness First Aid (WMS) training accepted by national accrediting organisations and independent entities. Covers emergency response, patient assessment, and management of injuries in remote and outdoor environments.
Professional Practice
Leadership & Risk Management
Developing outdoor leaders who can plan, manage, and adapt in dynamic environments. Covers risk assessment frameworks, decision-making under pressure, group management, and the responsibilities of the outdoor professional.
Leave No Trace
Practical environmental education grounded in the internationally recognised Leave No Trace framework. Develops the knowledge and habits to minimise impact in natural environments — essential for any outdoor practitioner or educator.
Facilitation
The skill that makes everything else stick. Learn how to design and deliver meaningful debrief and review sessions that help participants extract real learning from experience. Based on established experiential education methodology.
Policies & Procedures
The structure that keeps everything else accountable. Covers risk assessments, emergency action plans, and operating procedures built to recognised industry standards. Designed for organisations building or auditing their own systems, and for individuals stepping into operational leadership roles.
